OPA Great Paint Out
Plein Air Painting: Steamboat Springs, CO
Last Saturday I drove up to Steamboat Springs, CO to join with other OPA members to paint the fall colors. Fall is a magical time in Colorado and the sunny morning was perfect. We had many sites to choose from. I painted along a stream along with fly fishermen. A Bald Eagle flew over us... one of the treats on encounters while plein air painting. It's one of the reasons I enjoy painting outdoors!
